How It Works

Selling your silver and gold is easy!

Here’s what to expect:

  1. Fill out the simple Ready to Sell form. If you have any questions, please visit our FAQ Page or send a message using our Contact Form.
  2. Download and print the Packing Slip and Free Priority Shipping Label. Cut out the label on the dotted line and tape it to a box (or bubble envelope) that is suitable for shipping. Almost any box will do. It does not have to be a USPS box but please make sure that it is at least a well padded envelope or box with proper packing materials. Fill out the sellers form and enclose it in the box along with your items. If you have difficulty downloading and printing, call or email us and we will mail you a label.
  3. Tape up the box and drop it off at your nearest post office.
  4. Your package will be shipped to an independent, third party testing laboratory via Priority (2-3 day) mail. Within 24 hours of receiving your package they will weigh, test and evaluate the contents and notify us of their findings. We will then send you our offer via email.
  5. In our email, we will let you know the price you will receive. If you are happy (we know you will be),  a check will be mailed to you. If you are dissatisfied with the offer, we will instruct the testing laboratory to immediately repackage your items and ship them back to you, insured, at our expense.
